Ann Pennington was an American actress, dancer, and singer who was born on December 23, 1950, in Seattle, Washington. She was best known for her work as a Playboy Playmate in the December 1976 edition of the magazine. Pennington was also a popular dancer on Broadway, and she appeared in several films and television shows throughout her career. She began her career as a dancer in the 1960s and was a member of the famous Rockettes dance troupe in New York City. She later appeared in several Broadway productions, including "Bye Bye Birdie," "Applause," and "Grease." Pennington died on February 4, 2009, in Monrovia, California, at the age of 58.
